In the event of a guest testing positive for COVID-19 during the tour, Smash Tours & Travels holds no responsibility, and any deportations, evacuations, hospitalizations, or deaths due to COVID-19 or other reasons will be at the customer’s expense. Changes in government policies will not affect the package unless specified by the respective country. Once your booking is confirmed and all necessary documents (ticket, hotel, visa) are provided, no refunds will be issued.
